Log-in to Pro Access: SSO authentication

If your organisation uses SSO authentication, you can log in to Pro Access using your usual work account (Microsoft, Okta, Shibboleth, etc.). This login method is called SSO (Single Sign-On).

What is the Pro Access?

The Pro Access is a secure space for users with an account on the platform. It gives you access to the tools you need to manage cases and/or administer the platform, depending on your permissions.

To log-in, go to your platform homepage and click the "Pro Access" button in the top right corner of the screen.

First login: your SSO account has just been activated

Unlike standard accounts, SSO users do not receive an automatic activation email. Your administrator will let you know directly when your account is ready.

Once notified, you can log in straight away:

  • Click the "Pro Access" button on your platform homepage.
  • You will be redirected to your organisation's SSO login page.

  • Sign in with your usual work credentials, no BeSignal-specific password required.

  • If your account is recognised, you will be redirected to your pro-access space

Subsequent logins

Once your account is active, the process is always the same:

  • Go to your platform homepage.

  • Click "Pro Access".

  • You will be redirected to your SSO system to authenticate.

  • No additional steps needed, you do not need to create or renew a BeSignal-specific password.

Multiple login methods

On some platforms, certain users log in with standard authentication (email and password) while others use SSO. The login method depends on your organisation's setup.

Can't find the "Pro Access" button?

The "Pro Access" button is usually in the top right corner of the homepage. On some platforms, it may appear at the bottom of the page instead.

If your platform supports multiple login methods (password and SSO), two separate buttons may be displayed. Make sure you click the one that matches your login method (e.g. "Pro Access via SSO" / "Pro Access without SSO").
